Description
Rotala Rotundifolia ‘Orange’ is similar to its relative Rotala Rotundifolia, but has a bright orange coloration like the name suggests. The plant can be grown submersed or emersed, and its emersed form will produce rounder leaves. When submerged, Rotala species sprout longer and more narrow leaves that pair extremely well against other green aquatic plants. High iron and fertilizer is required for intense coloration. This plant is perfect for background placement. When planted in groups, it has a dazzling effect as a thick red bush in your aquascape. Propagation is like any other stem plant, through stem cuttings
